1. Order Processing Times We aim to get your little one’s new outfits shipped as quickly as possible! Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your package is on its way.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination address. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
3. International Shipping We love dressing kids all over the world! We offer international shipping. Please note that the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by the destination country upon arrival.
4. Missing or Damaged Packages
- Damaged in Transit: If your clothing or shoes arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can make it right.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. SPRING SERENADE LIMITED is not liable for packages lost or stolen after they have been confirmed delivered by the carrier.
