1. Our Commitment We know how fast little ones grow and how tricky sizing can be! If a piece of clothing or pair of shoes doesn’t fit your child perfectly, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be in their original, resellable condition:
- Clothing: Must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, spills, or odors. All original tags must still be attached.
- Shoes: Must be entirely unworn and free of any scuffs or creases. Please have your child try on shoes indoors on a carpeted surface only. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox (the shoebox cannot be used as the shipping box).
3. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, kids’ underwear, swimwear (if the hygienic liner has been removed), and hair accessories are final sale.
- Gift cards and clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”
4. The Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds Once your return is inspected and approved at our facility, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific number of business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
